Ingredients: 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1 cup crispy rice cereal. 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles.
Instructions: Press parchment paper into a 9 x 9-inch square baking pan, allowing a small overhang for simple removal. Melt the butter and chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. After taking the bowl out of the microwave, allow it to cool slightly. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until the chocolate mixture coats them evenly. Stir in the crispy rice cereal and mix until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture into the baking pan that has been preheated and level it out. Gently press the rainbow sprinkles into the mixture after scattering them on top. Chill for a minimum of 60 minutes or until the chocolate solidifies. Using the overhanging parchment paper, take the chocolate-marshmallow mixture out of the pan once it has set.
