Madonna was shot for i-D magazine, the magazine was recently taken over by Elio Fiorucci, whom Madonna performed for in Paris for fashion week, thoughย i-D is British as is Mark, it is possible these were taken in Paris.
This was also rumoured to be on the set of Madonnaโs aborted Holiday video, though I have my doubts.
