Can i ask what breed them two dogs are from the dry beans adventure?
Arwen is an Australian Kelpie, a dog bred to move huge herds of cattle and sheep across the australian outback, and then sort them with surgical precision at the roundup/shearing barns. They’re sort of famous for their eight foot vertical leap and running across the backs of the sheep and cattle if they don’t get out of the way fast enough. We suspect that due to her size and thick double coat that she might have some alaskan husky in her too. She’s a little Extra Devious because she was trained to be a Service Dog in the Disco Dogs program, where Inmates train dogs for veterans, which also helps the prisoners in thier own therapy, so she knows every command you’d normally teach a dog, but also how to pull drawers and cabinets open, turn lights on and off, undo zippers/buttons/a variety of latches, and climb a 12-foot chain link fence.
Charlie is a Genuine Arizona Rez Dog. He was found in a dumpster behind a taco place next to Navajo land in Arizona (he probably climbed in himself to gorge on the leftovers) and eventually ended up in a shelter in Durango, CO where I got him. I personally trained him to recognize and interrupt me when I’m having panic attacks or psychotic episodes and he is a wonderful personal therapy dog. He puts up with a lot of nonsense from me but is rather firm on his need to be walked 3-4 miles every day or he WILL eat ther furniture.
Herschel is a Pembroke Corgi and he helps me by keeping me very onsservant of his tiny dog bladder and awake at regular hours.
