The Directorate General of Shipping has released the PSSR Amendment 2026 (Course 957 – PSSRAMDT), introducing a crucial update to STCW training for all Indian seafarers. Every seafarer holding a PSSR certificate issued before 15 December 2025 must complete this amendment to stay compliant for voyages after the enforcement date.
