Viscountess Maria-André and Chevalier Franzine were once inseperable lovers, but when the Zaubefleur kingdom split into two factions and the civil war began, a poorly timed lie from Franzine led to the tragedy that was the massacre at Estate Maria-André. A bitter and tearful argument, a conflict of ideals, and finally a drawing of weapons forever broke their bond. Deeming each other mortal enemies. The red flower, what was once a symbol of their love for each other, they now wear to remind them who their true enemy is and never to hesitate an attack the next time the two crossed paths in the battlefield.
