I made it with Premier Wool-Free Brights, which is a bit stretchy. Where I live there is a salvage store called Mardens, where I get some discount yarn. and this was 2 for a dollar. so whenever I see it I buy it because I love the color way. But I never know quite what to make. This pattern is perfect for it.

Anyone with a Mardens in their area, if you’re looking for nice boot/ankle boots, check out Mardens.  I was there this morning and they had a ton of Nine West boots for $19.99.  Nearly bought myself a couple of pairs of ankle boots, but I have similar enough pairs that I talked myself out of them.  If the knee high weddges had zipped over my wide calfs, I would have definitely snagged them.

So I was in Marden's minding my own business when I see SPN s9 for $5. I gasped so loud I scared all 15 people near me in the aisle. I saw more SPN DVDs and naturally I assumed it was the rest of the seasons, so I SHOVED a box covering them (it nearly fell to the floor). But it was just s9. The entire time walking around after that I kept saying if I found each season for $5 each I would've peed my pants. My sister was ridiculously embarrassed especially since I kept telling strangers
