Okay, gonna break this into numbers for you, J’onn.
1. It depends on the work. I never really considered heavily dating any of my model coworkers, but there’d be a huge difference if my partner says “gotta go to this shoot,” as opposed to when Roy says, “gotta go to this shooting.” So, yeah, problems vary.
2. No. There’s never any danger to asking anyone out, as long as you know they’re single/available and they haven’t already rejected you before.
3. It doesn’t hinder dating prospects, but it hinders potential future plans. Even among superheroes.
