Mango Quartz was recently discovered in the region of Boyaca, Columbia. The unearthed specimens contain a completely natural orangish-yellow pigment that is located in the crystals’ points believed to be Halloysite and since some of these also grow with Limonite, I would not be surprised if the tips get some color from that too. They are still learning and testing these! . This rare crystal has been dubbed a stone of life, vitality, new beginnings and so much more.
