Thanks you so much! 💖💖 I watched the pilot movie back in 2008 and I was in awe at the art style, as seasons go by it get even more beautiful, I used to wish I could draw like that. I love a style that is angular, sharp, with brutal brush stroke, aggressive, intense. Even though my prefer current style is nothing like Clone Wars, it still has a big influence in me. 

Awww thank you! I just LOVE working with lines and I aspire to draw in a minimalistic yet detailed style. There’s just something about lines that I really love and it’s honestly one of the biggest reasons why I don’t like painting as much... it just loses all of the weight and emotion put into those lines you know?

I specifically love that Daud's lacking a last name takes on its full potential here—a small moment, but on every reread it affects me deeply—and how Emily's curiosity drives her to find connection with him as they ride off over the land. (Also, it's not in the tags, but this is pre-relationship corvodaud, so my jam.)
