Hi, I'm at the point of configurating story progression with most of your settings and I'm playing with no aging. When I enable story progression for the first time, it says if I want to adjust the manager speed to the new span. That changes every speed settings in the flirt, frienship, etc. I would like to know, since you play with very long span, did you keep the base speed or you let story progression automatically change it for you? Thanks for the help.

The short answer is, I keep the base speed.
The long answer is, I click the 'x' when Story Progression asks me if I want to adjust the manager speeds to the new age span. Otherwise, as you've noticed, SP will change all the manager speeds so that they align with the new Life Span you've selected. :-)
