Hi!! If I have a Primal Wellspring and a Mana Reflection, does the additional Mana also allow me to get a copy of an instant or sorcery? Or does the ability of Primal Wellspring not even trigger because Mana Reflection 'replaces' it? Thanks in advance!
Mana Reflection’s replacement effect cause permanents you tap for mana to produce exactly double of what they normally would produce. You just get twice as much of what you would normally get.
In the case of Primal Wellspring, this means you’ll get two mana of the chosen color and each of those mana carries the copy effect with it. If you spend both of them on the same instant or sorcery spell, you’ll copy that spell twice. If you spend them on two separate instant or sorcery spells, then you’ll copy each of those spells.
