2020/3 @_mamannyc_ 유명한 초코칩 쿠키.. (뉴욕 사는 친구가 르뱅보다 맛있다고 극찬한) 당분간 뉴욕 갈 일 없으니 이렇게 집에서라도 만들어봤다. 설탕은 원 레시피의 60프로 정도만 썼고, 재료에 돈 아끼지 않고 팍팍 투자. 가령, @dandelionchocolate 에서 사온 초코렛 칩을 투여하는 과감함. (클스마스 연휴 기간에 시내에 나가면 이런 과감한 쇼핑을 하게 된다) 몇번 구워보며 배운 것은: 1) 빵과 달리 쿠키는 살짝 덜익어보일때 꺼내야한다는 것. 식으면서 계속 딱딱해지더라 (사진에 딱딱해보이는 것은 overbaking한 것) 2) 넛츠류는 잘게 다지는 것보단 큼직하게 촵촵하는 게 내 취향
