Giffany hadnāt really expected it. Sheād thought sheād found the perfect partner, one whoād even gotten her a physical body so that she could spend time with them outside of her game, and sheād thought things were going great.
But somewhere along the lines, theyād gotten sick of her. Instead of even trying to work it out with her, theyād gone behind her back, claiming to be preparing a surprise for her.
It was a surprise, sheād give them that.
But it wasnāt a nice one.
Instead of a romantic date or thoughtful gift, they had instead put their time into summoning a demon, making a deal with him to be rid of her. She had no say or way to deny it before they were gone and she was left with the demon whoād taken her from them, leaving her heartbroken and betrayed.
