If Uma had rolled her eyes any harder, she would have actually sprained something in her neck. The glare she shoots a moment later toward Mal is akin to a death stare, her nostrils are flared, and she looks pissed.Â
It would have been far more intimidating had the pair not been standing in the kitchen, Uma over a bowl of failed cake mix, some flour on her face. Suddenly the comment from Mal makes a whole world of sense and she lifts her sleeve to wipe at her face, trying to at least solve one of her problems.
â Are you here to help, â she starts in return to Mal, â Or are you just going to pathetically sass me like weâre six years old all over again? â
Uma hopes, even though thatâs a childâs game, that her response is enough to make Mal turn and leave, taking care of the second of her problems.
