I caught the sun this morning, so here are some empties. I took a break last weekend because there wasn't anything but today there is. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Alterna Caviar Restructuring Bond Repair mask. I love this line because it makes my hair so smooth and I do a weekly conditioning treatment with this mask. Love it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Neutrogena Ultra-Sheer Moisturizing Face Serum Sunscreen. SPF 50+. This is a light easy-to-wear sunscreen. Broad Spectrum and a high enough SPF that you'll be protected for a while. Love it. I would love a larger bottle of it so that it would last me longer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pixi Skintreats Retinol Tonic. I like this ok... smelled like Dettol... I used it as a toner in the morning. Again it was fine, but I don't know if it was doing much. I just used it to wipe on my skin first thing in the morning in place of a cleanse and it was great. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tarte the Tartelette Tubing Mascara. I loved this mascara and I will for sure repurchase. It's a dark intense black and the real tubing formula just lasts and lasts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dior moisturising lipstick in a clear shimmer colour. Empties from the week - and I would not use Eos lip balms on kids. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Eos lip balm - of course, it's winter, and the weather in Calgary is so so dry. I love Eos lip balms because they make my lips soft, you could even use them on your face, but because they're a little bit sweet, I would NOT use them on kids. I find kids just lick their lips too much to eat the sweet lip balm, and in the end, it makes their lips more chapped. Have you seen this happen? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wyld Magnesium Bali Bath Soak salts... these are part of my Friday ritual and I love them. They are quite large chunks of salt, but I do like how they smell, which is fresh and spa-like. Kind of like eucalyptus... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation - I can't remember the last time I finished a foundation because I bounce between them so much, but this one is tops and I love using it. I think the glowy finish is especially great for people with dry skin. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Strivectin Retinol serum. I like that they pair it with NIA-114 which is their patented molecule that helps brighten skin. This is the retinol I was using on nights that I wasn't using my prescription retinoid. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Finally, Boscia Firming Body Serum - loved it, especially for the summer. Some makeup empties, and there aren't very many because makeup seems to take longer to finish. Except for glosses... those finish rather quickly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Charlotte Tilbury HappiKiss lipgloss is the one from my selfie yesterday and I started using it in the summer. This was my car lipgloss for a while. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dior Lip Glow, which I've finished a few of this year, and I always love. This one lived on my desk and now it's done. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Did I finish a Nars Satin Matte lippie, or did the crayon fall out and get crushed by the lid? Ugh. I wouldn't say I like a lippie that I have to sharpen because you waste so much product every time you sharpen it, but the colours and formula are among my favourite. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Nars Sarah Moon eyeliner in dark brown from a million years ago. This was the perfect dark brown liner in a formula that wasn't too smudgy, and I may have been gate-keeping ti because I know that it's discontinued and you can't find it anymore. I'll be looking for another dark brown but not black eyeliner. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Finally - the BareMinerals translucent pressed powder. This just blurred all imperfections and was so easy to use.
