Prepare to Execute How many times have your plans failed? You spend time planning and get the necessary tools, yet the plan fails or falls short? Why? I have seen and experienced this personally. It boils down to one simple thing; you didn’t prepare to execute the plan. Fail to take the necessary steps for execution, and you will fail. I want to use my experience in the #makeovertotakeover2020 plan. I haven’t achieved the progress I had expected. I bought all the equipment (resistance bands, TRX suspension trainer, yoga blocks, etc.), but my results fell short. After evaluating this issue, I figured out the problem. My equipment remained neatly packed away in boxes. How is this an issue, you ask? Well, the effort of unpacking and packing the equipment was a deterrent to training. I realized my organization was not in line with my plan. So, I created my “wall of resistance.” I hung up all equipment on 3M hooks, where they are readily available to work out and easy to put away. This made a significant impact on my training. How you organize and prepare to execute your plans is critical to the success of those plans. It’s not enough to plan; you need to structure your processes and tools to execute the plan. And that’s the Bottom Line!! #bottomlinebc #solofhumanity https://www.instagram.com/p/CFy75UMgJRs/?igshid=9xc3714hr77c
