My Pokemon main series tier list.
Just a few notes I wanna throw in for some of the odd spots,
Even though it’s at the top of B tier, I hold Diamond in higher regard than I should since it was my first Pokemon game. I’m giving it brownie points for that. (Or should I say poffin points?)
Blue is on C tier while Yellow is on D tier, that is because while I do like the updated sprites, the addition of color, and the special Pikachu starter, the problem I have with it is, while I like Pikachu, I don’t like that I can’t evolve it, and it eventually starts to feel like it takes up space in my team more than becomes part of it. (I would say that about Let’s Go Eevee as well, but I really like Eevee more, I love being able to actually interact with, feed, and dress up my Eevee, as opposed to just talking to it, and that makes me want to forgive that it doesn’t want to evolve and can’t leave my party.)
Finally, I put Alpha Sapphire above Ultra Moon but under White 2, mainly because I had a really good time with that game during its heyday, I loved how colorful it was and how it expanded upon how cheery RSE’s mood was. It was a fun time all the time, and it was also the first game I chose to try nuzlocking. It may not have the most content outside of the main game, but I still enjoyed it just as a reimagining of Sapphire.
