... It's always been like this though? How did you not know that a forest with frequent rains can get flooded to that degree? Plus, it's not like the ecosystem even managed to tolerate the darkness when darkstone became more widely used.
Also those are called Lily pads. I'm not a botanist but I can at least get that right.
