Anywhoo, let me tell you all a story.
Basically, Octavia is a character that is the result of a ship between Misery from Cave Story and Count Legato from Cucumber Quest. This ship was the idea of magicdreamside.tumblr.com/Â (the mun of said Legato blog) and myself.
When I got an ask prompt that basically created a child for a ship, I got one for Legato/Misery. The result: Octavia.
