Iāve suddenly gone on an ethical products shopping trip as well, thanks to a combination of aĀ āmagic skirtā and glahnish saying she found one made of recycled saris!
So here are the websites, in order, that Iāve been using for ethicalĀ āmagic skirts,ā flip flops, fancy t-strap sandals, and kimono-style dressing gowns (aka robes. And thank you, Miss Fisherās, for putting this in my brain):
If you search for lists of ethical products/brands, the UK and Australia are ON. POINT. Or fleek. Whatever phrase you prefer. Many of the things they list you can buy online and get sent to the US.
Problem: ethical stuff is EXPENSIVE. I havenāt had success finding sites that actually offer reasonably-priced things, including tee shirts! Come on, guys. At least make multi-packs actuallyĀ less expressive than buying 3 separate shirts. *sigh*
BUT, a lot of the clothing sites are GORGEOUS. So if youĀ ādonāt want to look like a hippy,ā you can find classy gorgeous stuff. But in that case you will need to have the money to spend on them. *more sigh*
