MAGIC CHESS

So I was playing quite a few games on Magic Chess the past 2 days to unlock Eva’s skin (Jingle Deer). But as good as I am keeping up with the Updates and Reading Updates note (not really). I didn’t paid any attention until I was in the Match and it sort of surprised me. New layout, new Heroes and new Skills got added to the game mechanism, also some got removed. So in a hustle I just picked up whatever was good. And quickly I took a look around the Heroes in the Gallery Chart to make sure I am getting the right Synergy. So luckily this time around I got my Guardian Syngery, and somewhat Marksman and nicely it goes well with my favorite Summoner. So it ended up my big focus to collect them.

Guardian - I like Diggie for Eruditio in combo with Chou but I will get Claude now to go along with Minotaur (Western Desert). Akai just because he shows up more frequently than Belerick or Minotaur. Also depends which Marksman you want, Miya+Irithiel+Belerick (Elf) or Akai+Wanwan+Sun (Dragon Altar).

Summoner - Zhask is a must + Karrie now instead of Martis (for Celestial and Marksman Synergy), Diggie (for Guardian and Eruditio), Sun (for Dragon Altar) and they removed Vexana and added Popol and Kupa (Marksman) which is also the biggest reason to go for Summoner+Marksman+Guardian.

This was a really lucky game to be able to get all the Summoner so quickly also matching up the designated Marksman, but it was a lot harder to complete the Guardian’s synergy now. This combo makes you want to put all your heroes on the board right away to get the effect. Which mean it will be expensive to upgrade all the slots. Getting the extra slot from the chest is important.

But as curious and restless I just ended up touching all the items showing during the Fate Box which is also how I got the new item (I had lowest HP and was first to pick, but I forgot), Claude’s Theft Device. Super handy item, which is also a double edge sword thing. You will randomly copying 2 items from the enemy’s team. So I used it on Popol, sometimes he did get lucky to get Physical items but sometimes he will hold Magic or Defense items. But all in all it is a cool new items. But I think it might only appear in the Fated Box time, just like Science Crystal.

I was using Miya here just because I had a 2 Stars from the first round and ended up making her 3 Stars. Would love to get Irithiel and Belerick with her. But then I got Mino and Claude really early too. Sometimes it is hard to pick what you want, just go with the flow. It the match lasted longer I had Belerick ready to get on board too. Just sometimes having enough tanky tanks on the board will really save you.
