anyways here is your free incredibly hairy time-distorting mage dragon
This dragon, though clearly royalty, has something wrong with it in the temporal sense. When you get close to this dragon, time feels like it slows down. Your movements take more effort to do, and your blood feels like tar in your veins. You don't dare get any closer and instead opt to observe it from afar.
This dragon is a heavily armored one, though you wouldn't notice this at first due to the sheer amount of pure white, straw-like hair it has. In fact, this hair almost completely obscures its body from view. One of the only times you'd even get a hint of this is when the creature moves around, at which point you'd be able to hear the clanking of armor plates. But sometimes its front paws emerge from beneath its hair, and the parts of its armor that emerge as a result are a reflective black color and are ornately designed. And when you look at the gaps in this part of its armor, you'd see scales the color of eigengrau. The only other part of its armor that is visible otherwise is a massive, crown-like structure that clearly is on the top of its helmet. Notably, the areas of its hair where the dragon's actual eyes should be are damp, like the creature was crying.
It rarely has the need to use its breath weapon both due to its effects on time in its immediate vicinity and its highly potent skill in magic, but its breath is a spray of a substance visually similar to water that appears to temporally pause whatever it hits aside from air and the dragon itself.
