Or, this episode marks where I personally think the show goes from being really good to something great, and I wish we could have seen what more seasons would have looked like. It's some of Michael Biehn's best work, Ron Perlman is used incredibly well opposite the incomparable Tyne Daly, and everyone else nails their moments. Ezra leading the Nichols brothers on a wild goose chase AND blowing up the armored wagon? Casey Wells being complicated? JD walking into the saloon all beat up and no one noticing except Chris? When audience & characters alike realize whats up with Hank? The big battle with Tyne Daly's praying overtop all of it? A+ television.
The show hit its stride. From here on out, every episode is a banger. Can't wait. <3
