did she have the ability to simply walk in and out of mafe’s home as she pleased? of course she did, they had been best friends for years, she was probably the only human being that the bianca had a shrivel of care for. but breaking and entering was so much more fun, the girl was a sucker for a good thrill. finding one of the windows on the ground for just a little bit open, she slid her hand through the thin crack, using it to pull the rest of the window open as she climbed right inside. tip toeing her way up the stairs, leaving a kiss against the cheek of one of the security guards, she put her finger up to her lips and let out a low ‘shhh’ before making her way into mafe’s bedroom. seeing the girl sound asleep was something that didn’t phase bianca as she skipped on over to her, jumping up onto the bed as she straddled the girl’s legs. “rise and shine, sexy girl!” she said as she began bouncing up and down on her lap. “it’s 3 am, it’s the devil’s hour, i wanna go out and play!”

“ i told you to call when you got to the gate . ” he sighed as he pulled up beside them . “ you just started wandering didn’t you ? there’s like four different roads that you could have gone off and you’re lucky you didn’t pick the one that walks you right into a lake , c’mon i’m here to save you , let’s go before a bear gets ya . ” @mafejaramillo​

​“listen, your agent called me because they’re trying find the best avenue for your first public appearance again, but don’t push yourself if you’re not ready, alright?” jackson said as he looked over at the girl, letting out a sigh. would it have been great for his ratings? sure. but the girl almost died, and he had somewhat of a heart. “but if you do decide to come on the show, you can work with my team and plan out exactly how you want it to go. you don’t have to talk about anything you don’t want to. we can keep it light, do the wheel of musical impressions, talk about the album and call it a day. whatever you want to do, mafe.”

addiction had been something persephone had battled from the time she was very young. it was normal for people like her, people who shot up to fame as children, being pumped with drugs and booze to keep going, to keep generating money. and she had found herself in the same place as mafe just ten years ago. and sure, she was sober and recovered. but it was a fight every single day, and it caused her to take some time off recently to refocus herself. after a productive session with her therapist, she was scheduling her next appointment at the front desk when she saw mafe sitting in the waiting room. she was sure she was exhausted of the ‘are you okays?’ and the ‘you’re going to get betters!’ that were being tossed her way. and if anything, the girl needed someone who understood exactly what she was going through. after finishing up at the front desk, she slowly made her way over where mafe was sitting, taking a seat next to her as she offered a soft smile. “i know coming here sucks. just sitting in a room for an hour, talking to someone with a medical degree who has no idea what it’s like.” she said with a soft shake of her head. “i was going to go home and cook up some lunch, if you want to join me, i don’t mind waiting here for you until you’re done with your session.”

she had never been someone to lose control. despite her many vices, she never took things to far. she was a calculated person, someone who always wanted to be one step of the people around her. and it was truly a shame that mafe had clearly taken it a bit too far. the situation was terribly dramatic and far too emotional for bianca’s liking. she knew the family she came from and knew that if anyone could help the girl get back to her old, bad bitch self, it was her. dressed in an all black outfit, sunglasses covering her eyes, she climbed up the wall of the rehab center - truly thanking the lord for the training she underwent when she played cat woman. as she scaled the wall, she peaked into each window and when she finally spotted a flash of colored hair, she grinned widely, one hand reaching down to pull the window open, climbing into mafe’s room. “get up, bitch. i’m breaking you the fuck out of this looney bin.”

​he had planned on staying away much longer than he did. truth was, he was enjoying finding himself, escaping the grasp that the spotlight had on him since the day he was born, finding a purpose. however, as soon as he was given his cellphone back and he saw the news about mafe, he caught the first flight back to california. he hated himself for not being there, and hated himself even more so because he had contributed to this. he had pushed her to party with him, did drugs with her plenty of times when he knew she had much more of a problem than she ever did and the guilt was eating him alive. and normally, johnny would’ve tried to avoid it, but he wasn’t that man anymore. before even stopping at home, he headed straight to the rehab center, being led by a nurse into mafe’s room. and when he saw her sitting on her bed, he immediately felt a lump form in his throat. “hey...” he choked out quietly as the nurse left the room to give them space. he slowly made his way inside, hands nervously resting in his pockets. “i...uh...i was studying in a temple in thailand, they took my phone...i didn’t...i didn’t know what happened until yesterday.” he said, looking down at the floor as he let out a shaky breath, reaching into his pocket as he pulled out a crystal that had been sitting in there. “this is...this is a clear quartz, they say this one’s a master healer and it can fix just about anything.” he said, slowly taking a seat next to her on the bed as he reached over to place it in her hand, sweaty palm immediately grabbing his hand in hers as he felt his eyes well up with tears. “i should’ve been here.” he said, shaking his head. “i’m so sorry, i’m so fucking sorry.”

it had been almost eleven years since persephone had done anything related to the music industry. once upon a time, she had been the biggest pop star in the entire world and now? now she wanted absolutely nothing to do with it. but she would never turn away from helping out young talent, especially someone as talented as mafe. so when the girl had called her and asked for her help in choreographing her new music video, persephone was all over it. she was in the studio with her, running through the choreography, showing her what she had worked on as she danced along to the booming music, hoping she didn’t look completely washed up as she ended it off by landing into a split, flipping her hair back as she looked over at the girl with a laugh. “something like that, i’m sure you’ll look a lot better doing it than me, i’m a little rusty.”

“  look  i’m  not  happy  about  it  either  .  ”  he  grumbled  sticking  his  hand  in  the  car  .  stuck  on  the  side  of  the  road  holding  a  warped  gasket  in  his  hands  he  couldn’t  help  but  think  this  isn’t  the  way  i’d  planned  on  ending  the  night  ,  “  do  you  have  any  signal  ?  mines  dead  .  ” @mafejaramillo​
