Diet/Care:

-Should be mostly (salted, or ocean)fish

-Can also eat red meat, but fish are needed to live on

-Change water every 3 weeks

<This is to keep clean water filtered through

-Best to transfer to a small-medium sized tank, and jars should only be used for travel

-Do not put other bitties or fish in the same tank!

<Mael bitties are basically mini whirlpools, so even aquatic bitties will have trouble living in the same tank(Though they can play for 30 min to an hour)

<Putting 2 Mael bitties in the same is a big No. Their vortexes will clash, and can cause both to get sick

<Maels will eat the fish

‘Anatomy’ for a lack of better words

-Very watery, though a bit denser with a slight slime-like consistency

<Consistency can become thicker if the Mael wants it to

-Torso and up are usually warmer the higher up

<Never gets beyond very warm water if calm

<Will turn boiling if angry

-Waist and below are colder the further down

<Never gets beyond cold water if calm

<Will turn freezing if angry

-If water is the same temperature throughout, then your Mael is sick

<Simply transfer him to a new set of water, or pour in a little salt water

-Can’t form proper legs or walk on dry surfaces, must use a container with water in it for transport

-Make sure water is always swirling fast! If the water is slow moving and darker looking, then be worried! Your Mael may be sick

-Any aquatic bitties! Let them be friends!

Okay with:

-Excitable bitties(though he will need breaks) like Baby Blue, Papy, Cherry, ect.

Doesn't get along with:

-Rude bitties like Boss, Edgy, ect.

-Very spoiled bitties
