Bat removal is an interesting service that we offer. We hand remove them and yet we have to be careful that we do not have contact with them (bite or scratch) since bats are vector species. This means that they are rabies carriers. So for our safety, even though the chances of a bat having rabies is single digit percentage, we have to treat every bat as if it does have rabies for us to stay safe.
