Motoring S/V Mad Dream up the intracoastal on the gulf side of Florida. The water pump failed. No parts or tools on hand. The Macgyver twins, Phil and John, used the March pump from the air conditioner hot wired to the inverter to run saltwater intake to the boat's diesel.
