The string of sanity shows itself.
"Power." Power is all I want. Power is all I need. -   -   -   -   -   -   - It was all fine. The strength, the power he had; the fact he was always getting more, it was all perfect. Black*Star was becoming powerful, becoming the strongest, just as it was meant to be. But there was always something holding him back. Just a little thing that prevented him from getting what he wanted, what he deserved. Sanity. It was a fucking pest. Always sitting in the back of his mind, always pulling him back when he was so close to everything. It was the pathetic angel on the shoulder that was always drowned out by the little devil, madness in this case, who was always right to him. But much to his surprise, the pest decided to get louder today. The pest decided to show himself today. Before him, before it- he, even noticed the maddened star, was the neglected sanity that always rested in the deepest pits of Black*Star's mind. He knew who or what it was before he could blink a second time. Looking at it- him, the assassin couldn't help but glare within the gaze he was giving, before a few words slipped from his mouth.
