is it necessary to level up t'challa in order to progress through the event? 'o' i want to level him up but the amount of daggers/intel needed scares me since i will also need those for other things <:/
From what I’ve noticed, upgrading characters is mostly only necessary for advancing in the quest line. To advance through the event itself, you just need the characters and the stuff from the shop. :)
