Do the changes to the Planeswalker Uniqueness Rule take effect at prerelease or release? If the latter, does that mean that the ultimate of Jace, Cunning Castaway won't do what you want it to?
The new rule is in effect for the prerelease but affects all other events only as of Ixalan’s release.
Not gonna lie, I cant help feel a tad insulted that you consider Jace as the player stand in, given that we've spent the last 12 hours or so hashing over all the ways he's messed up. Personally, I connect more with Chandra than anyone else. Granted, she has her own suite of problems, but still, her impulsiveness is me to a T.
