[Jun] Jun runs to the ball with her present from Vales to Muyu. cause shes badass

[Hale] Hale prepares to go to the yule ball (song; I wasn't sure whether to put this under Misc or under an event post but I put it in both)

[Pyu] Pyu's invitation lands on his face

[Akesari] Akesari is on her way on a carriage with her butler/friend, Kasadya

[Stupidd] Hip and Stupidd arrive at the ball, and Stupidd is nervous about meeting her partner

[Hip] After everyone has gotten inside, Hip is locked out because he doesn't have a partner to go in with. (there was a seal on the door) [host]

[Air] Air runs into Hip and offers to go inside with him. [not registered]

[Hip] Hip doesn't trust Air very much cause who the hell is he but he goes in with him anyway [host]

[Air] Air and Hip get in and Air twirls Hip around then runs off [not registered]

[Hip] Hip is dizzy and hopes nothing bad happens (yea ok no not possible cuz well- Nekyu-) [host]

[Luftwaffle] Luftwaffle jumps in through a window to get into the event, and starts eating the food [not registered]

[Derp] Derp picks up Melcy and they go inside the ballroom.

[Derp] Derp and Melcy enter the ballroom, and Derp is so mesmerized by the beauty of it that he stops and blocks the way in

[Melcy] Melcy struggles, causing Derp and her to fall over and Melcy repeatedly apoligizes

[Nekyu] Nekyu opens the doors to the ball to everyone. (you can now get in without a partner) also, hes tired from running around and keeping the ballroom together [host]

[Amira] Amira's paper flies out of her hand and into Venux's head, and thats how they meet. hello

[Venux] Venux sees his partner is probably going to be hard to bare, and cringes at Nekyu

[Venux] Venux and Amira go into the ball and Venux is hopeful that she's not too annoying

[Amira] Amira and Venux go inside; Amira is fascinated by our super awesome ballroom

[Venux] Venux follows Amira in

[Lieke] Lieke puts her gift away, noticing Luftwaffle's bear crushed someone's present, and then lost Mao in the crowd

[Maxene] Maxene admires the ice-covered ballroom from outside and then bumps into someone

[Ulreki] Ulreki is like, wtf you bump into me?? YOURE my partner?? alright lets go w/e

[Maxene] Maxene and Ulreki make their way in, passing by some guests

[Ulreki] Ulreki -accidentally- spills a drink on an elf; presumably Air

[Derp] Derp draws Melcy a penguin and then runs to get her snacks to cheer her up. A servant takes his gift and he mistakes him for a villain.

Event 2: Gifts [Partner List] event attendance: 22/24 + 6

[Air] Air takes off his coat (because of Ulreki's drink spill), revealing the dried blood on his shirt underneath [not registered]

[Gooeh] A servant claims Jun and Gooeh's gifts, and theyre ready 2 go

[Jun] Jun and Gooeh part and some servants take Jun's gift

[Miloriana] Miloriana recieves notification of her next partner

[Lemmy] Lemmy recieves notification of his next partner

[Derp] Derp goes to eat something is anxious that the servant is going to steal his crayons, but instead he hands him a plate

[Lemmy] Lemmy's bunny, Fondue, runs into Miloriana

[Miloriana] Miloriana, a bit drunk, exchanges gifts with Lemmy

[Venux] Venux wanders off, socializes a bit, sits at a table, and recieves notification of his next partner. He goes off to the side so that his partner can find him easily ---

[Mistreil] [illustration] Mistreil nervously approaches Venux to give him her gift

[Venux] --- then Venux gives Mistreil his present

[Lemmy] Lemmy gives Miloriana his gift and then kisses her

[Derp] The servant gives Derp his gift, and Derp learns that his new partner is Jun

[Hale] Hale parts with his pillow - his gift. He sings to it

[Melcy] Melcy is carried to a table and she receives notification of her next partner

[Slothie] Slothie receives notification of her partner, who she's not very excited about

[Mistreil] [illustration] Mistreil is all nervous about the appropriateness of her gift and asks if she can open his gift to her

[Maxene] Maxene recieves notification of her partner

[Viridys] Viridys finds Maxene and confronts her, apologizing for not getting to her sooner, and gives her her gift

[Breezelyn] Breezy arrives at the ball, hands a servant her gift, and asks Luftwaffle about the food. [not registered]

[Nekyu] Nekyu collapses from exhaustion [host]

[Stupidd] Stupidd receives notification of her partner and goes out calling his name

[Xero] Stupidd runs into Xero and Viridys while they're talking, knocking them over

[Judith] Judith arrives at the ball, following her daughter, Viridys [not registered]

[Stupidd] Stupidd mistakens Viridys as her partner and introduces herself to her, while still on top of Xero

[Viridys] Viridys is super embarassed and squirms away from under Xero

[Derp] Derp plays with Jun's gift (a frozen alien man with a gun; the gift had melted and the alien was gone) and breaks an ice sculpture. 

[Derp] [Derp Invaders] Derp sees the alien man and tries to shoot it

[Derp] Derp goes looking for the alien man

[Giegue] Giegue flies into the ballroom and observes everyone at the ball [not registered]

[Slothie] Slothie can't find her partner and she also gives no shits about Nekyu collapsing

[Gooeh] Gooeh receives notification of her partner

[Derp] Derp sees Giegue and is like wdf

[Slothie] Slothie facepalms internally at the people going towards Nekyu while waiting for her partner, Ulreki, to show up

[Mao] Mao finds his gift crushed, and locks himself in a bathroom stall to cry

[Okaashi] Okaashi receives notification of his next partner and introduces himself

[Gooeh] Gooeh gives a bunch of fruit to Okaashi

[Stupidd] Stupidd asks Xero who her partner is, confused after what had happened

[Xero] Xero introduces himself to Stupidd and gives her his gift

[Piko] Piko holds her present and notices someone else's gift in the room and thinks its cute

[Xero] Xero receives Stupidd's gift, and then gets notification of his dance partner after she runs off

[Derp] Derp is scared of Giegue

[Slothie] Slothie flips off Nekyu, leaves a note attached to her present for Ulreki cause she can't find him, and goes off to find Hale, her next partner.

[Derp] Derp goes to go help Nekyu but his suit rips, so he changes into a dress

[Xero] Xero offers his partner, Maxene, a dance and he leads

[Breezelyn] Breezy refuses to dance, and wonders why the heckie did Luft bring a bear to the ball [not registered]

[Luftwaffle] Luft takes Breezy over to the gift pile to find her gift and then swaps tags on them

[Jun] Jun decides not to dance with anybody

[Nekyu] Nekyu gives Mistreil his coat and then walks outside, and hits Slothie on the head with ice [host]

[Slothie] Slothie gets hit by ice

[Ulreki] Ulreki throws Slothies gift back at her

[Slothie] Slothie passive aggressively fires back at Ulreki and then gives him her present 

[Acorn] Acorn watches Nekyu stumble away and asks Mistreil if she's okay

[Venux] Venux wanders off after Nekyu goes off

[Maxene] Maxene accepts Xero's offer to dance

[Xero] Xero and Maxene talk about people they love and Xero gives Maxene a rose

[Mistreil] Mistreil talks to Acorn and company while waiting for her dance partner to confront her

[Haloe] Haloe is devastated that she has to dance (with a giant)

[Venux] Venux receives notification of his partner and waits for him to confront him

[Jun] Jun decides to dance by herself

[Jun] Jun starts twerking (Jun's twerking animation)

[Nekyu] Nekyu comes back and offers to dance with Derp [host]

[Derp] Derp is terrified that Nekyu will eat him

[Nekyu] Nekyu tells Derp to stop causing trouble, while stepping on his toes a few times to drive his point home [host]

[Acorn] Acorn wanders around the ballroom and watches people [not registered]

[Derp] Derp feels bad from being scolded and shows Nekyu his gun

[Hip] After sitting alone for a while, Hip gets up and goes to talk to Venux [host]

[Mao] Mao receives notification of his partner, Miloriana, who is drunk. He approaches her, asking her if she's his partner.

[Miloriana] Miloriana falls over, and asks Mao to dance with her

[Air] Air grabs Rosetta for a dance [not registered]

[Nekyu] Nekyu crushes Derp's gun [host]

[Derp] Derp, upset about his gun breaking, goes off somewhere and his alien man follows him (after kicking Nekyu in the shin)

[Mao] Mao takes Miloriana to dance, worried that they might fall because Mao doesn't know how to dance and Miloriana is drunk

[Miloriana] Mao and Miloriana are clumsy dancers and they fall

[Rosetta] Rosetta talks to Air [host]

[Akesari] Akesari receives notification of her partner and goes looking for her

[Gooeh] Gooeh and Akesari go dance

[Venux] Venux introduces himself to Hip, disappointed that he didn't get a female dance partner

[Lemmy] Lemmy receives notification of his partner and introduces himself to him

[Air] Air begins dancing with Rosetta and then sees Nekyu walking over to him [not registered]

[Stupidd] Stupidd receives notification of her next partner and has a mental breakdown (along with flashbacks)

[Stupidd] Stupidd has more flashbacks, then runs towards the entrance, falling over and knocking herself unconscious

[Viridys] Viridys asks her mom to dance with her since she doesn't have a partner

[Viridys] Viridys and Judith start to dance, and then the ballroom cracks

[Nekyu] Nekyu removes Air's shirt, mask, and seals, revealing his true identity (Zhyhal). Nekyu recognizes him from his past and goes a little bit mad, and they run outside. Then Air stabs him repeatedly, trying to kill him. The ballroom starts to collapse. [host]

[Giegue] Giegue asks Derp for a crayon [not registered]

[Hakumei] Hakumei (as a werewolf) confronts Nekyu and Air outside [not registered]

[Hip] Hip notices the ballroom collapsing, orders everyone to evacuate, and runs out the ballroom while carrying his sister. [host]

[Venux] Venux helps Hip out by keeping the ice structure sturdy enough so that people could get out safely

[Derp] Derp gives Giegue a crayon before wandering off in grief

[Mistreil] Mistreil comes over to Nekyu and gives him a piece of her flesh

[Slothie] Slothie realizes the ballroom is collapsing and doesn't know what to do

[Mao] Mao and Miloriana fall, and then Mao follows Hip outside

[Miloriana] Miloriana follows Mao out the ballroom

[Maxene] Maxene accepts Xero's rose, and then follows Hip outside

[Lieke] Lieke goes over to Nekyu, Air, and Mistreil, and is like huh - wtf

[Okaashi] Okaashi observes the havoc and then goes to pick up his paper, so he can find out his partner

[Nekyu] Nekyu is like half conscious now and is being picked up [host]

[Acorn] Acorn follows Mistreil and ice hits her in the leg (and several other places) [not registered]

[Air] Air picks up Nekyu and backs away from everyone, explaining he's doing this to rid the world of evil, but seems to be having second doubts [not registered]

[Mistreil] Mistreil reasons that killing is bad

[Giegue] Giegue makes a card for the hosts, gives it to Hip, and surveys the ballroom from up above [not registered]

[Acorn] Acorn watches Air talking and then falls unconscious [not registered]

[Piko] Piko gets out her healing stuff and goes towards trouble

[Hakumei] Hakumei agrees with Mistreil and props up Acorn [not registered]

[Xero] Xero goes to see if Acorn is okay

[Derp] Derp also reasons that killing is bad, and that Air was just as bad as Nekyu, and he goes off to find an exit

[Haloe] Haloe sees Nekyu being killed and decideds that the ballroom collapsing is a bigger problem. She calls for Gooeh

[Piko] Piko holds the ice up to help people get out

[Air] Air couldn't bring himself to finish Nekyu off so he runs away. The ballroom is now more safe. [not registered]

[Nekyu] Nekyu has abandonment issues and tries to kill his heart [host]

[Lieke] Lieke gives Nekyu a knife and then gets the hell out of there

[Mistreil] Mistreil gives Nekyu some of her blood, plus theres some internal dialogue

[Acorn] Acorn gets healed and asks if Mistreil is alright [not registered]

[Derp] Derp gets hit by ice and presumably dies

[Nekyu] Nekyu faints from pain and exhaustion [host]

[Mistreil] Mistreil goes off to heal Acorn and talks to Xero

[Judith] Judith transforms into a wolf and carries Viridys out of the ballroom [not registered]

[Hip] Hip reads Giegue's card, sees Air and stops him [host]

[Ulreki] Ulreki and Lemmy go to clear the back hallways and Lemmy's rabbit lets out a firebolt. A crack forms in the wall and ice hits Ulreki, knocking him out.

[Air] Air takes Hip to some private area inside the ballroom, and apologizes to him, saying he'll do anything for his forgiveness [not registered]

[Lemmy] Lemmy wings him and Ulreki to his house and writes his boss a letter

[Xero] Xero asks Mistreil why she stood up for Nekyu

[Mistreil] Mistreil explains that life is important and asks if Acorn will be okay

[Acorn] Acorn is half conscious and promises that she's okay. She's also on drugs or something [not registered]

[Hip] Hip hugs Air and kisses him on the cheek, telling him to never leave him again. [host]

[Air] Air sings Hip a song and then tells him to take off his clothes, because of the blood that got on it [not registered]

[Hip] Hip is nervous and asks if they should go to a bathroom or some place with running water [host]

[Slothie] Slothie runs out the ballroom and stumbles into the scene with Nekyu, Mistreil, Xero, and Acorn

[Xero] Xero carries Acorn inside and sees Derp dead.

[Mistreil] Mistreil goes to get something for Acorn to drink, and also sees Derp dead.

[Air] Air doesn't want to move because he doesn't to be seen. [not registered]

[Hip] Hip didn't want to just leave Air there, so he tells him to use elf hide [host]

[Air] Hip and Air get to a bathroom and Air checks the sinks [not registered]

[Acorn] Acorn is really high [not registered]

[Xero] Xero turns Derp's soul into a butterfly and it flutters around Mistreil doing some magic shit

[Slothie] no one saw Slothie fall so she shuffles away

[Nekyu] Nekyu had a flashback while unconscious, then he wakes up and hits a wall, laughing. [host]

[Hip] (snsfw text) Hip and Air strip and wash their clothes. Then Hip pushes Air against a wall and they make out [host]

[Air] (snsfw text) Hip and Air get dirty [not registered]

[Judith] Judith and Viridys get home [not registered]

[Mistreil] Mistreil is relieved that Derp is still there

[Nekyu] Nekyu is hungry and wants to eat Mistreil [host]

[Hakumei] Hakumei wanders inside and eats some steak [not registered]

[Venux] Venux was going to go apologize to Mistreil, but sees Nekyu, and decides to go look for it instead

[Derp] Nao tells Derp that it's not his time to move on yet

[Slothie] Slothie keeps her eye on Nekyu and looks for someone to talk to

[Mistreil] Mistreil realizes Nekyu is hungry and offers him her arm

[Nekyu] (gore text) Nekyu eats Mistreil's arm and then literally gives her his heart, then eats into her chest. Then he passes out with his face in her chest. [host]

[Acorn] Acorn gets the heck out of there [not registered]

[Slothie] Slothie throws Nekyu off of Mistreil and attempts to fix her wounds with bandages

[Piko] Piko tells Slothie to step aside and she heals Mistreil and Nekyu

[Xero] Xero is like wtf just happened

[Mistreil] Mistreil asks for Nekyu's coat

[Nekyu] Nekyu gets his coat, reads Mistreil's note, and has some sort of existential crisis

[Jun] The ballroom collapsed and no one saw Jun twerk

[Mistreil] Mistreil tells everyone to go enjoy the ball and asks if Derp will be okay

[Piko] Piko tries to save Derp. Apparently he wasn't dead, just almost dead. Sorry

[Slothie] Slothie offers to dance with either Piko or Mistreil

[Giegue] Giegue, flying over the ballroom, is like wtf is going on, and doesn't bother coming back [not registered]

[Hip] (snfw text) Hip tells Air to sdfu and just fuck him. The rest of this RP arc is not included in the masterpost because it contains nsfw and its really irrelevant at this point [host]

[Haloe] Haloe notices the ballroom stopped collapsing and is relieved that she doesn't have to dance anymore

[Nekyu] (gore text?? idk im so tired now) Nekyu notices Mistreil didn't eat his heart so he ate it himself and offered the last piece to Mistreil [host]

[Mistreil] (gore text? my heart hurts a lot i just want to die now) Mistreil refused to eat the last piece of his heart, and Nekyu is like why?? and then Mistreil eats the heart to try and remedy what her other self said. Then she gets up to leave, and Nekyu follows her

[Jun] Jun decides what she should do now

[Gooeh] Gooeh, Akesari, and Haloe escape the ballroom on her Pelican, Haiiyah

[Jun] Jun busts through a wall and escapes the ballroom

Soon, he returned and dropped his jacket on her. Oh. That wasn't quite what she expected, but she wore it nonetheless. He sat in front of her, looking at the ground. Did he feel bad? Was he still somewhat dazed? Slowly, she searched for words.

"T... Thank you." She said quietly, patting the seemingly sullen incubus on the head. She looked up at Xero, Derp and the two girls. The pain had ceased for the most part, though she didn't want to try standing just yet.

"Y-You two as well... Thanks... Y-you can go back and enjoy the rest of the ball... or... something. Ummm..." She hadn't the slightest idea what to say to them. Hand still on Nekyu's head, she looked at Xero and Derp.

"Is Derp just going to be a butterfly now...?" The idea seemed nice, though she supposed that meant he wouldn't be able to talk. His body didn't seem like it'd be habitable, being injured and whatnot. Would a teddybear be an okay body for him...? I've never tried it with an already developed soul. But...  Her eyes followed Venux, it wouldn't be possible anyways.

'... That god damn--' The boy hissed as he expended what little spiritual energy he had to help Mistreil heal.

A scream came from Nekyu, and she could feel something being forced into her mouth. Pain. More pain. He had broken through her bones, and she could feel blood pour from her-- he had likely gotten to her heart. Suddenly, the motions stopped. She lay there, mostly unconscious, though she was slightly aware of her surroundings. The weight from her chest was lifted, and she could hear more movements. Warmth. A slight warmth could be felt. Voices. Words.

After what she guessed to be 10 minutes, her eyes opened. For the most part, her body regenerated. As soon as she realized she was conscious again, she immediately sat up, looking around. There weren't any other casualties that she could see, and Derp was by Xero's side. There were also two unknown women near her, who she assumed had helped her. She fell back down soon after, feeling the remaining pain course through her body again.

"T...Thank you." Voice shaking, she closed her eyes and let out a breath. "I... Sorry to trouble you."

As she lay there for a moment, she could feel the chill of the air pass by her body. There were bandages that covered her wound, but her clothes were torn nonetheless. Her face flushed upon the realization.

"... S-sorry. Can someone... pass me Nekyu's jacket...? It should be... somewhere... outside." She murmured. Thank god for the bandages.
