A look at one of six QLine rail cars that will start running on a 3.3 mile section of Woodward Avenue in Midtown and downtown Detroit in the spring of 2017. It sits in one of the bays at the Penske Tech Center on Woodward Avenue in Detroit getting its batteries recharged on Wednesday during a tour members of the media were given.
