        while   she   enjoyed   watching   him   play   for   the   national   team,   she   was   more   than   happy   to   have   him   back   home   in   Munich.   back   in   bed   with   her.   and   they   wasted   no   time   in   making   sure   they   caught   up   with   a   week's   worth   of   missing   one   another.   he   had   left   for   practice   early,   only   causing   her   to   slowly   open   her   eyes   for   a   moment   before   she   fell   back   to   sleep.   but   when   she   woke,   she   reached   for   her   phone,   seeing   a   text   from   him   and   some   instructions   on   what   to   do.   in   this   case   ,   that   was   her   being   ready   for   a   special   trip   somewhere   and   she   wasn't   about   to   pry   what   this   place   was

time   flew   by   though.   and   he   was   back   from   practice   and   instantly   began   getting   ready.   while   she   waited   and   snacked   on   a   few   grapes.   mind   wondering   what   was   going   on.   he'd   been   so   secretive   in   some   ways   .   spending   more   time   with   Alex   .   Davina   could   only   figure   it's   because   both   were   about   to   be   fathers.   Alex   quicker   than   jo.   considering   Davina   wasn't   due   until   April.   regardless,   she   was   excited   to   be   spending   the   rest   of   the   day   with   the   man   she   couldn't   imagine   life   without.   once   Jo   was   ready   and   gestured   for   her   to   follow   him   out   towards   the   car,   Davina   slide   in   and   smiled.   ❝    so   –   what's   today's   agenda?   ❞

                         𝐌𝐈𝐀 𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝐌𝐈𝐀  

                              this  wasn't  the  team's  first  time  going  to  the  algarve  training  camp  in  faro  ,  portugal.  and  alex  had  been  talking  nonstop  to  her  about  everything  that  was  there  to  do.  which  only  made  davina  more  excited  to  be  allowed  to  tag  along.  the  weather  was  far  warmer  there  than  it  was  in  munich.  she  was  looking  foward  to  that  above  most  of  everything  else.  of  course,  she  had  been  lectured  here  and  there  by  the  goalkeeper  about  not  being  a  distracton  .  and  she  wasn't  allowed  to  even  attend  those  hours  that  they  spent  training.  valid  as  even  she  didn't  want  to  be  one.  at  least  there  were  things  for  her  to  do  while  they  trained.  everyone  boarded  the  jet  rather  early  and  she  made  sure  to  take  a  seat  next  to  the  midfielder.  for  three  in  a  half  hours  ,  they  did  nothing  but  talk  ,  and  steal  kisses  here  and  there.  of  course,  listening  to  the  second  team  'dad'  tell  jokes  as  well.     

             three  in  a  half  hours  later  and  buses  were  loaded  only  for  them  to  be  taken  to  the  camp's  hotel.  she  was  given  room  306  ,  which  was  shown  to  her  by  alex  who  happened  to  have  a  room  just  one  over  on  her  left.   typical.  though  ,  she  was  thankful  to  have  a  room  to  herself.   and  it  was  quite  nice.  after  going  in  and  sitting  some  of  her  things  down  onto  the  bed   ,  she  walked  over  the  window  and  looked  out.  the  view  was  beautiful  and  she  could  see  the  water  .  that  was  for  sure  on  her  to  do  list  when  she  got  the  first  chance  to  explore  the  place.  after  a  few  more  minutes  ,  a  knock  was  heard  at  her  door.  she  walked  over  to  it  ,  opening  it  ,  only  for  her  gaze  to  meet  his.  davina  instantly  smiled  before  reaching  for  his  wrist  and  gently  pulling  him  into  her  room  before  anyone  could  see.  "  lookie  at  who  has  an  entire  room  to  herself!  "  the  brunette  chuckled,  letting  go  of  his  wrist  and  placing  a  kiss  to  the  corner  of  his  lips.   "  wanna  go  to  the  beach  later  ?  " 

"C'mon, no it ain't...!" Jamie insists with a gesture, his tone nearly a whine. He has very good ideas, thank you much and this is one of them, in his not-so-humble opinion. "What're you afraid of? Y'think somebody's gonna snitch on us or summat? Live a little, man, y'won't regret it...!" After all, what've they got to lose from something as innocent as this?

                             despite   how   easy   the   game   was   for   the   team   and   even   the   events   afterwards   ,   she   was   exhausted.   pregnancy   having   taken   a   toll   on   her   physically.   but   after   all,   she'd   been   nonstop   between   work   and   making   sure   she   was   doing   what   she   could   to   prep   for   when   their   baby   would   arrive.   her   birthday   –   nearly   slipped   her   mind   until   Bambi   made   it   a   effort   to   sing   happy   birthday   to   her   in   a   voicemail   that   he   had   left   her   right   at   midnight.   a   year   ago   –   things   weren't   this   way.   a   year   ago,   she   was   still   trying   to   capture   his   attention.   and   here   he   was   ,   now   waking   her   up   with   breakfast   and   a   kiss   to   her   forhead   as   he   left   out.    and   she   couldn't   stop   from   smiling   once   her   eyes   saw   all   of   her   favorite   things   he   had   made   her.   and   the   card,   reading   for   her   to   not   make   any   plans.   she   was   damn   sure   not   to.    slowly   she   reached   for   the   tray   ,   making   sure   not   to   spill   anything   and   proceed   to   eat   every   last   bite   of   it.   and   drink   both   glasses   of   water   and   orange   juice.   once   she   was   finished   ,   she   made   her   way   into   the   shower   –   spending   a   bit   ,   allowing   the   water   to   help   wake   her   up.   and   once   she   was   out   ,   she   picked   out   something   to   wear   –   something   comfortable   and   flowy.   it   seemed   as   if   time   couldn't   pass   by   quick   enough   for   practice   to   end   and   she   spent   that   time   ,   working   on   some   online   work.   once   she   heard   the   apartment   door   open   though,   she   stopped   and   made   her   way   to   greet   him.   giving   him   the   biggest   smile.   ❝   I   love   you.   and   breakfast   –   was   perfect.   thank   you,   my   love.   ❞
