U. S. Army Chevrolet M1008
In the distance I could hear the faint sound of a rod knock and rust. As soon as I looked up I saw the #trucv come smoking into view with @bornforadventure dragging a empty trailer. Rumor has it he is on the score for a #m1008 for Tex. Lets see how this plays out. (at Westin Kierland Resort & Spa)
I have been working on my M1009 but it is has been slow. Too much work and not enough time to do it.
I was able to find a Dana 60 for the front to make the Corp 14 bolt FF to make it M1008 specs. I was able to coat the inside with sound deadener and ceramic so it stays cool. I have the seats at upholstery and ready for line-x. I added a banks turbo and A/C unit, new glass and seals. She should be ready to rock soon enough.
The new PAHQ vehicle will be unique. These pictures are before I painted it and the others are inspiration.
