They didn't leave yet, not for a long time; instead, Magnus talked, and talked and talked and talked, remembering random things, recalling sweet memories, pouring his heart out, putting his pain into words. And only when he was done, maybe hours later, maybe just minutes, they stood up in unison, and walked to the nearest entrance to the Silent City.
