I don’t remember ever having a specific vampire in mind as to who turned them, but it was most likely Vlad. In my game Vlad was, like, a kooky neighbor who would turn anyone who was interested in vampirism. The twins chose to become vampires after seeing their mother deteriorate and die before she was old. Their dad knew and didn’t really approve, but he still loved them. He could’ve become one too but he didn’t want to.
