A Mirey and a Lynx are roughly similar in anatomical terms, making reproduction possible.
This phenomenon is very rare to witness because circumstances are not always favorable.Factors like climate influence this, since Lynxes are winter animals and Mireys prefer warmer habitats, provided their breeding seasons align and they like each other.
If it happens, the survival of the offspring depends heavily on parental care and the traits they were born with being born hairless in winter is practically a death sentence.
Finally, Mireys and Lynxes usually have large litters of pups, but when they are crossbreeds, only 1 or 2 are born for some reason.
