I haven’t been on here in a while making an actual post. Here goes nothing... I’ve been doing really good for quite some time and kind of forget what it’s like to be down and not in control of my body. It’s almost like the saying “dick in the dirt”. I’ve taken care of myself and haven’t really abused my body like others do. Today I’m struck with a fucking migraine that makes me puke and I can’t sleep. What cures my migraines...sleep. I’m allergic to all the drugs that help with migraines so that’s out. I just don’t quite understand why???? I workout and I’m trying to stay fit and every time I get on course my liver flips me the bird and says ummmm nope sorry. My kidneys start to shit down and I piss blood. What the hell. My passion is exercise and I can’t even do that. I pray for a semi normal life and I hit road blocks. I just want to be able to do this and be blessed with health this year.
