merry christmas, lene!! i was actually very excited to get you to ss for. i’ve always appreciated the tags you put whenever you reblog my art (especially for my oc or k2 art bc i definitely didn’t froth my mouth when i freaked out over the tags), they really motivate me to keep on making them. and for the longest time i’ve always wanted to repay the kindness back somehow (but let’s just say i’m too shy to send those types of asks if i’m not anon and i totally didn’t spend months lowkey wishing that you turned on anon ask) and hope this gift is enough.
(btw i'd imagine that this would be the cover for the novel in sous le paris au though it might be better suited for a graphic novel… well let's just say that kyle's novel got a graphic novel adaptation or smth and i know kenny’s a painter but i wanted to put his name in it if that’s okay ;w;)
it’s probably obvious, but “kiss with a fist” definitely made me feel a lot of happiness while reading it. i kinda miss it but even doing a reread for the gift made me so giddy over the pairing again. i’m pretty sure i’ve said this before but i can definitely see the fic as a late-90s type of ikuhara-directed anime. by the point when the fic first released i thought i’ve read all that can be done with sot au between kyle and kenny but the way you brought something new to the table kinda blew me away. just know that i’m always eagerly waiting for whatever comes next in the fic!! (but also take your time because on the bright side, seeing “chapter 6/9” always makes me go “n i c e” whenever i see them)
even if i haven’t commented on all of your fics (which i’ll definitely do some time in the future if i double down on k2, because that’s totally gonna happen) they’re always an absolute joy to read. just know that i’d definitely try to do a strongly-worded essay on how good they are for the comments and since i haven’t done that yet, here are your ~good writer vibes~. i hope you’re faring well with your endeavors in other fandoms and pairings!!
on a totally unrelated note, for the longest time i thought lwtis was an abbrevation for “lucy with the sky” until i realized it didn’t match right so until now i have never known what it actually stands for. though im assuming the “L” stands for lene. but other than that i have no idea.
