Hello, this is Pibby. I found this diary in one of the worlds I passed through, and I thought it might help to write things down. Maybe it’ll help me relax a little… and also keep track of the expeditions me and my friends go on.

It’s been a while since me, Alloy-Boy, and Melira set up this little bunker. Since then we’ve traveled through a lot of strange places, all while trying to survive this thing we call The Darkness. Today, we might’ve discovered where the Darkness came from. Alloy-Boy calls it something like… the Innernet? Or… Internet? I’m not really sure how to say it. Apparently it’s a place where people go to talk with each other. Alloy-Boy seems to know a little about it. That place shares a lot of similarities with the Darkness… the strange images it shows, and the nasty words it says. It’s a scary thought that the Darkness might’ve started there.

Recently I went on three expeditions. The first one was to a show called… um… Snor…ks? I think that’s how you say it. The Snorks there didn’t seem very friendly. A bunch of them surrounded me and attacked, and I had to defend myself with a metal bar I found nearby. I didn’t want to hurt them, but I didn’t really have a choice.

The second expedition took me to a show called Drake and Josh. I arrived just in time to save a girl named Megan. She seemed really brave. Sadly, her brothers weren’t as lucky. I had to fight her brothers off while she watched… and she didn’t look very happy about it. I wish I could’ve saved them too.

The third expedition happened just a day ago. I went into a show called… At-omic Be-tee? I’m probably saying that wrong. When I got there, the place was already empty. No one left to save. But I did find a ship full of strange gadgets, tools, so I took a few things that might help us survive. I also found the aformentioned diary here. Before I could leave, though, some space girl and a really weird alien spotted me. I grabbed what I could and ran before they could've caught me.

That’s really all I can write for now. I’ll keep updating this diary if we find more survivors or learn anything new about the Darkness.
