To delight in the simplicity of companionship was a fulfilment like non other, newly gained friendships most assumed his vast popularity would have already offered to the extent of genuine boredom it might have been the case for quite some time, for despite his apparent self-centered attitude, he was the kind to take pleasure in what was most sincere, a quality most lacking in his world that repelled him from forming new connections as time went on. He possessed an endless list of numbers that at times of need or loneliness knew wouldn't pick up his calls unless it was regarding some fancy outing or a role, greedy &. selfish, that was Hollywood underneath the veil of golden dreams, faults some mistake him for and indeed he's guilty of instances where he allowed those illusions to get the better of him, but no more. This time it's different, so vastly different, he now had those he can truly rely on, and in turn be an anchor whenever the need arises. Johnny enjoyed it, every bit of it, and seized the nearest opportunity to be the one to visit, spoil, as well as annoy. Trips to the Wu Shi academy had become customary, a better use for his time when he was off from shooting.
