You were alone for so long. You’re not exactly surprised when you fall out of the chamber and there’s no one there to prevent you from falling forward into the dust.

After you wandered into that building and turned yourself into whatever it was, someone came and picked you up. You didn’t recognize them; your vision was fading as you slipped away. When you woke up, you’d been placed in an unfamiliar room and clothed in a plain white tee shirt and some white pajama shorts. Three people you’d never seen before were standing around you, and helped you sit up and get off the bed you’d been placed on.

And then they tried to put you through tests, none of which you did. You refused to do anything they asked and, a few months after they first took you, they decided you could be used to try other experiments. Cryonics, to be specific.

You don’t remember anything except fighting the people who were pulling you towards the pod, which was pouring fog like it was full of dry ice, and shoving you in and quickly locking the door behind you. It didn’t give, no matter how hard you pounded on it, and after a minute you decided to focus of keeping yourself warm, eventually falling asleep.

What is this place? Did they ship you to a different facility..? You groan quietly as you try to flex your legs and tail; your hooves feel like they've formed into one solid toe with how stiff you are. Shifting into your wolfsky form, you sneeze and manage to push yourself up enough to roll onto your back.
