whats the honey/garlic thing you're fermenting? Sounds good 👀
pretty much just what it says on the tin. you chop up garlic, put it in a jar or something and add RAW honey (2/3 honey 1/3 garlic ish). loosely cover it, dont have the lid on all the way. and then just leave it in a cool dark place for a month to ferment
mines only been going about a week but i tried a little bit, its pretty good! the honey becomes very liquidy due to the fermentation which is interesting. you can then use it in tea or whatever, which is an upgraded version of what i already do (crush and boil garlic and add honey)
