On Identity and Spiritual Belief

Generally speaking, I do not ask that you believe my spiritual beliefs are true. I simply ask that you respect the fact that I hold them, and that they may be true to me even if you believe something different. And you know what? If you don’t believe my beliefs are true because you think a real angel, fallen angel, Lucifer, etc. wouldn’t hold those beliefs, or you believe angels, fallen angels, etc. don’t exist? Good for you. I respect that not everyone is going to believe my identity is true.
If you believe an angelkin identity can only be truly determined by pendulum readings and energy work and astral projection, congratulations, you have a belief.
If you don’t believe the spiritual explanations for an angelkin identity are true at all because you don’t believe in reincarnation or another kind of spirituality, congratulations, you have a belief.
If you believe only certain types of angels can exist as a human in any spiritual way, congratulations, you have a belief.
Differing beliefs and faiths do not take away the belief of someone else by default, they do not make one belief more superior than another, because they are purely that: beliefs.
If I ate meat, and believed I was an elf in a past life, and you don’t think that’s true because you think a real reincarnated elf would be vegetarian, congratulations, you have a belief. Your differing belief does not suddenly mean I can’t hold my belief anymore. It does not remove any associated emotions and personal experiences that led me down that path to identity. Me holding this belief likewise bears no threat to you.
This is all I ask of you:
Do not force your belief on someone, to tell them “you can’t have this identity because I believe otherwise and I say so”.
Do not be petty, do not shut people out and say “they have a different belief than me, so they don’t know what they’re talking about and everything they experience is mistaken”.
Do not criticize someone for holding a belief, do not say “well I don’t believe that, so it’s worthless”.
In essence, do not think your beliefs make you better than someone. Your belief might tell you someone else is incorrect, but learn to see past that. Learn to say “okay, I’ve never heard that before, that’s interesting” or “that’s not what I believe, but I can respect that you believe it”.
I do not ask that you believe that I really have a “shared soul” with Lucifer, for example. I ask that you respect the fact that this is my belief.
The world can be a little brighter if we all practice religious tolerance acceptance.
