DAY 1:
LunchKit is a Lunch box that comes with containers for the main foods that the kids consume during lunch at school; in Mexico the usual Lunch Box or Lonchera always contains a sandwich, moms have found 1001 ways to make a sandwich, tuna, ham, sausage, egg, peanut butter, etc. Veggies and fruit are always a usual along with cookies or some kind of treat. So Lunch kit has a total of 5 tuppers in shapes of food with funny cartoon graphics and also a thermo for liquids in the shape of a carton milk. The lunch box has a very basic shape and a lot of blank space so it can be customizable.
I decided to do a simple lunchbox with tuppers since it’s way easier to clean and to store the food, other lunchbox in the market are very complicated for kids and the division of space can be limitating. The lunchbox measures are
H: 20cm, L: 30cms W: 14 cms.
LunchKit is a very simple product for kids but it is very useful, moms can pick which containers to use each day, and by being removable they can own the space the way they want. The containers from the kit are very visual and fun appealing to Fun design and the excitement of kids over lunch time.
The materials used for this product are Silicon for the tops of the containers and polypropylene and plastic in food grade.
