it’s been a while. i’m happy to say im back. ⋆˙⟡ motivation to write and be creative has returned to my heart.

i have missed it. i will be transparent and saying, part of my absence had to do with my partner passing away suddenly.

grief is hard. hard to live with. hard to navigate. and grief took everything out of me for a while.

then finally, i was able to sit back down in front of my laptop and realize how much i missed being on here. how i missed have this creative outlet.

it’s been a minute.

i miss writing and i miss this platform. i just have been struggling with motivation to write. i got on here (and other platforms) because i finally felt confident enough to share my writing. and the feedback was great. so many of you have been so kind. it made me happy writing.

others…uhhhh not so kind. but that’s okay.

i’ve had some life altering stuff happen over the past couple months. i was in a bad car accident and lost my job as a result.

i do want to return to writing. i just need to find my way back to my creative mindset.
