Friday marked eight years since Bennett was found dead inside a home on Peachtree Street and Jones was found dead on East 5th Street.
Oxendine was found dead outside a home on East 8th Street in June 2017.
The FBI noted Friday that it does not consider the deaths a cold case, but rather an ongoing investigation.
“We continue to actively develop and follow leads. We will utilize every possible resource to uncover the facts. These women deserve justice and we will not stop until they get it,” Lumberton Police Chief Michael McNeill said in a statement provided by the FBI.
Friday’s statement from the FBI also came two years after the agency increased its reward for any information leading to the discovery and arrest of suspects responsible for the deaths to $75,000.
