Writhing In The Heat of The Sun—
I can feel myself in a daze; memories are merging as I step forward.
What is Truth? What is a Lie?
I shall confirm both by myself and only myself.

It happened to be a relatively normal day, with the sky clear of the clouds. There was a bit of a breeze, which chilled the girl, causing for her spine to rattle. Today, she decided to go to the park, which she went to often. She didn't have much of a home currently, but she managed! It was a relatively small cottage on the outskirts of the city-- convenient, right? It was out of the sight of prying eyes, especially those who demanded rent or mortgage.
With a grin, the dark haired girl began to skip, watching the cracks on the way to avoid breaking her (present day) mother's back. Her dark eyes were all over the place, soon setting on one of the benches. Before she did sit though, Raine's attention was now focused on a cat, and from the looks of it....it was a stray cat! It looked awfully familiar, for some reason.
Yet upon seeing the stray, she then heard a voice: an unfamiliar voice. A boy's voice who had yet to hit puberty yet....!
For a moment, Raine seemed to go into a daze. She looked over her shoulder to see a brunette boy heading her way. Snapping out of her thoughts, she heard something among the lines of: "follow the cat!" or something similiar. She obliged, by turning around and heading after the stray feline.
"Come...come back kitty!"
What an eventful day this is going to become.
