I did a short trial of rigging the jacket to the upper arm movement of the model, there is unfortunately some clipping when the arms are pulled backwards. The jacket seemed to flare out when the arms were raised so if I remember correctly, I chose not to go with this style of rigging.

I tried to make it match closer to the reference sheet, made the jacket hang down a bit more, straightened the back of the model, fixed the hoodie, added some inner texture to the jacket and fixed the kneesock textures to name a few things.

Here's a collage of vowel shapes that'll show up when talking in vseeface. They are based on the japanese vowels (namely あ (A) い (I) う(U) え(E) お(O) though not lined up in that same order in the picture) with some liberties taken for expressiveness. This is just the vowels with no additional expressions.
