Dr. Mario World was a mobile game that I briefly played on Android before its removal in 2021. It was interesting for a mobile game, and unfortunately my first real exposure to Dr. Mario. Two of the Koopalings were playable when I started playing: Ludwig and Wendy. And yes, the game does call her Dr. Wendy. Gals can have PhDs, too!
I heard Nintendo made a new mobile game mixing the face-using elements of Face Raiders with the minigame elements of WarioWare. But Nintendo shrank on me so I only briefly saw it and it's not Miitomo so I don't care.
